shipping was a bit delayed but fine product.

First of all I received a leaking container that had lost about 25% of the shampoo in the box. Secondly, no response from seller at all. Thirdly, I'm not convinced this is the actual product I paid for as it smells very much like a petroleum product. I would definitely not recommend and I'm disappointed that Walmart doesn't vet their third party sellers better. Had I noticed the number of incentivized reviews (and repetitions) I wouldn't have purchased in the first place. Mea culpa

After years of searching, I found my holy grail shampoo. My hair went from thin, heavy shedding and lifeless to thick, shiny and volumptuous with very little shedding. I paired up the volume shampoo with the no frizz conditioner and it was perfect. Then they went and 'improved' the formula. I don't know what they did, but I now have dandruff, my scalp is SOOOO itchy, and my hair is now shedding just as badly as it was before I found it before the formula was changed. What's worse...I tried 3 times to email customer support to ask to return the shampoo and conditioner as their satisfaction guarantee says I can, and I got no response. So now I'm stuck with a full size shampoo and conditioner that isn't cheap... That I can't use. Very disappointed.
