I love tasting different honeys and after the last 2 I purchased from local craft fairs this tops them easily. Perfect in tea and drizzled on peanut butter and toast. Great for a charcuterie board with cheeses. Planning to make a dressing with it next.

This is some of the best tasting honey I have tried. It has a smooth and silky texture with a flavorful floral background with plenty of rich sweetness. It makes a great addition in tea or straight for a sore throat and was a delicious add to a BBQ marinade and as part of a hot honey drizzle on chicken. I will buy this product again and recommend others to try it!

I am very pleased with this product. I normally buy the generic store brand of honey—you know, the kind stored in a bear-shaped plastic bottle. In comparison, this local hive honey had a more rounded, floral flavor profile with a molasses-like finish. When added to tea or used to top pancakes or biscuits the product tasted richer and more complex than my usual store brand. For honey rich recipes like baklava, adding this honey would produce an especially delicious result. For a raw and unfiltered product the honey was perfectly smooth and clear, the only difference was a darker overall amber color. I noticed zero crystallization and cloudiness, and the overall size and amount of honey was generous. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to family and friends.

We love this honey! We all (family of 4) tasted it and compared to our "regular" honey that is in a bear shaped bottle side-by-side and liked this honey better. Even my 8yo who doesn't like honey liked this. I thought maybe it meant she just liked honey now, but no, when she tried our old bottle she didn't like it. This honey ?? tastes real. And it has hints of flavors that left us acting like wine tasters "I do believe that is a slight smell of pine". I will definitely buy this in the future.

I've enjoyed using Local Hive Honey from Washington. It's raw and unfiltered. I've had honey that was fresh and still attached to the wax. This honey reminds me of that. So fresh and delicious tasting. I appreciate that it's made with local Washington state beekeepers. It has a bold, rich flavor. It contains notes of alfalfa, berries, clover and wildflowers. Would recommend!
