It's seasoned with oil for a natural, easy-release finish that improves with use and an unparalleled pan in heat retention and even heating. Easy care instructions include hand washing, drying, and rubbing with Lodge's Seasoning Spray for the ideal finish. This product is made from incredibly strong metal to hold up to lots of regular use. The sections are machined to exact specifications so that every wedge comes out at a consistent size and shape. There's a hole in the handle and one at the opposite edge for hanging on a hook.
