This candy coating is naturally flavored vanilla. It has such a better flavor and consistency than the other imitation vanilla products. Unfortunately, it can be hard to find or out of stock in stores.
It is really good to cover your home made truffles. You can mold this in your favorite candy molds. Paint your favorite molds and then you can fill the inside with your favorite filling paint the bottom. Wa La! Looks like store bought candy for the price of your time. White can be colored with food coloring, green frogs.
