it's great if you don't mind in lasting less than 15 minutes. it doesn't even hold the smallest throw rug in place. probably be great for a rug that is never stepped on.

Some of the other reviewers have said that this product doesn't grip the rug; however I cut the roll into three strips for a 5x8 area rug that would NOT lay flat on our commercial-grade apartment carpet--and it worked perfectly. It is a bit sticky, but peels up with no problem and repositioned as needed. It holds the rug, which had been all wrinkled & bubbled up every time we walked on it or moved a chair, almost completely flat, without any shifting at all. Great product for the price--the only criticism is that it is certainly NOT a pad--it is completely flat. It would also be very nice to see this in a bigger roll!

I purchased this product online for an industrial application. We have some ergonomic mats on polished concrete that would slip from time to time. With the Lok Lift Rug Gripper, the problem was solved.
