This was the only loose mineral foundation that was non-irritating for many people, as made obvious in the comments. L'Oreal's indifference to their customers is disappointing. Even worse, they recommend compacted and liquid foundations as "alternatives", which communicates that this company understands little about the difference in make up products that consumers commit to. It also screams that they are unconcerned about or just ignorant to customers' needs and the sensitivities of different skin types as they advertise totally unrelated products in response to personal stories and reviews. Everyone in this chat clearly understands the weight of the problem discontinuing this loose powder foundation has caused. I'm disappointed to see that L'Oreal either cannot understand or does not wish to. This was the only L'Oreal product that I used religiously. Buying it routinely made me consider other products in the line. With this gone I have no faith in the company to produce anything good if they respond blankly to thousands of consumers of this product who are begging to throw money at them. There are hundreds of brands out there these days and thousands of us on the hunt. Let's move on - we're all on Reddit recommending alternatives to L'Oreal, their loss. As an edit: Dear L'Oreal, if you actually are attempting to do something productive with this product to address the packaging complaints, this is valid. But the solution is not to create a compact as this is not safe for sensitive skin. Provide the same loose mineral powder with mineral sun protection exactly as it was and skip the applicator. All make-up users have their own brushes and method, so this was admittedly a design flaw from the start. Don't punish all of us, the packaging is fixable and the loose powder is a loved. You'll save money on the unused brush and plastic but you don't have to tell us the cost difference.

I have tried so many foundations over the years and I have yet to find one that I like more than this. It works so well with my combination skin, it does not break me out and the finish is so natural it's looks and feels like I naturally have flawless skin, yet it provides such good coverage I do not need to even use concealer. It does not look cakey and hardly creases, which are very big problems I've had with other foundations before. I do hours of dance everyday and this stays on beautifully even through a lot sweating, and when I was ill and couldn't take my makeup off for 3 days (gross I know) it still looked good!! The only thing I would say about this product that could be improved is that even the lightest shade is too dark for me so I end up looking like only my face has got a lot of sun! And I use a separate brush anyway so the built in brush is unnecessary and makes the product too bulky. Obviously this is just my experience with my skin type but for the price that it is, it is the best thing I've ever come across!

Once it's rolled around my handbag for a day there's too much powder in the pot, no way of getting it back in, the brush takes too much powder on and then either you waste it or you end with too much on your face. Really frustrated that I paid so much for it.

This is an amazing product that I would definitely recommend. It is easy to use and covers imperfections whilst still giving a natural look to your skin. The powder formula is much better than the liquid product I used to use. I will definitely be buying this again.

This is a really great foundation. The powder is easy to apply with the brush provided and gives a lovely even coverage with a natural glow that makes your skin look amazing. Only tiny negative for me is the packaging, whilst this is compact and fits well into my bag, I prefer to use a larger brush however due to the design (the brush it comes with fits into the pot) the top of the pot isn't open enough to use my own brush. Wouldn't let that put anyone off though as the product itself is lovely.
