The old formula was better and it is very frustrating that it was not marked as a new formula and I had to waste my money on a product that does not clean your hair. I didn't see the tiny writing at the bottom that says "Vegan formula" at the bottom of the bottle.

What happened. I've been using this formally exceptional shampoo for years and now the new formula is terrible. It used to have a wonderful lift while imparting moisture to my hair and scalp all with great color care and scent. Now its harsh, drying,(almost burning actually) and feels band on your hair and scalp in every way. Please Loreal don't fix what doesn't need fixing.

Came here to see if I can find any recent reviews about the change in formula because I started to think I was crazy. Low and behold that is the talk of the town on here. I have used this shampoo and conditioner combo for YEARS. Very disappointed I have to go find a new favorite. The new formula is horrible. Both shampoo and conditoner. So long L'Oréal !

Well I loved this shampoo until recently when they completely changed the formula. I am now having to go try to find the original formula while there are still some on the shelf. What was the reasoning behind this and why, on the new packaging, does it not state a new formula? After trying the latest version I will be looking for other options.

Iv only used this product for one day and I'm really liking my hair. Ik it's not a long time using it but I wanted to change to a better shampoo and conditioner bc my hair was looking dull. Just flat. And I tryed out this other product and after a week of using the other stuff my hair was looking so bad. It felt like straw and the quality of my hair got worse. Plus my hair would get greasy after 1 day. So I wanted to try another product so I bought this one bc I heard it just WORKED. and my hair after washing feel so smooth and cleansed. It looks good and it has shine with more body to it then usually. It just looks healthy and clean overall. I'll update this in a week.
