Why did you change the restoring shampoo to split ends? The new formula makes my hair greasy! The restoring shampoo was perfect. I have bought up all the old formula now I have to find a new shampoo. I have tried the other L'Oréal shampoos and they all make my hair greasy. I will be switching to a different brand.

I am 62 years old and my hair comes to my hips. I started using this shampoo and the conditioner by the same name about four months ago. I love it. When I use something else, it is SOOO obvious!!! It stays tangled. Hurts every time I brush it out. I only use anything else every 4-5th time because I've heard your hair will become adjusted to it and it won't work as well. I love it. As long as I can afford it this is all I will buy.

the smell of this shampoo is AMAZING and lasts all day. I have pretty damaged hair from years of straightening and dying. This shampoo made my hair feel so soft and even gave it some volume. It also used to take me forever to brush my hair because of knots, but know it takes about 50 seconds. Honestly, it's equivalent to any matrix product I've used and the price you can't beat!

I also have curly/wavy hair that makes it even tougher to tame. But the ELVIVE wonder water is truly a game-changer. This stuff has made my hair so soft and smooth every time I use it. It's perfect for when I want a little extra luxury during my shower and it makes my hair look gorgeous when I heat style it. The only problem I have is the amount in the bottle. Since my hair is so long, I had to use multiple doses each time I used this product, so I went through it pretty quickly. But it is definitely something I will be repurchasing soon. I just can't go without!

I used this shampoo/conditioner for about 3 - 4 weeks and found that I had a residue buildup on the crown of my head. I followed the directions and it was horrible. It looked like I never washed my hair! I switched shampoos for a few days with no change until I washed my hair for three days with baking soda to remove the residue and get my hair back to normal. It was disgusting! Now I am scared to use the leave in conditioner because I don't want to have to do this all over again.
