Ive used the same color for over 20 years! I would have always given a 5star rating as my hair felt the best after I would dye it! But when you removed the pre-treat conditioner and replaced it with shampoo- ugh!! WHY?!?! My hair feels fried now. I'd give it a 2 star if I had another choice that matches my color as well. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PRE-CONDITIONER!

I began using this product in 2019, and I absolutely loved it. Good on the hair, and great color that was deep and did not fade even after months. But then at some point in 2023, it was completely different: the color barely touched my hair, and what did touch it was nowhere near the level of color it was before and it faded very quickly. I continued to use it through the end of 2024, hoping it was something I was doing that could be changed, but it has had the same outcome every time.It is just not good anymore, and that really disappoints me because I really liked it, my hair really did well with it, and now I'm going to have to try a new and different product, which scares me gotta say.

Love the color

I have used this product for years to cover my gray hair. Great coverage. Close to natural color. I love the new shampoo they included. Smells so nice. They should sell the shampoo in a stand alone bottle. My box also included an anti-aging facial moisturizer lotion sample. May need to purchase a full size for daily use.
