L'oreal Paris: Feria Multi-Faceted Shimmering Colour Cinnamon 55 Haircolor, 1 kt

I bought this thinking it would make my hair a dark purple. I have over the years used the feria red collection on and off and it's always been fantastic. I was so excited I dyed it as soon as I got home. I was incredibly unimpressed when I was done. It turned my medium brown hair to almost dingy black. I'm so disappointed and not sure what to do now. I don't want to have to re-dye but if it doesn't look better in the next day or 2 I will and have to switch companies

I have used feria 60 for 19 years - it's is the best! This product has never let me down! I have naturally light brown hair and I use this to hide my greys. I have more to hide these days & this product really blends them nicely for about 6-7 weeks! I used to religiously go to my favorite spa with an overpriced, lucky if you were able to secure an appointment hairdresser. One day I couldn't get in, was recommended this & never looked back!!! Thanks Loreal for helping me look good & save money for cute shoes!!!

I have been using Feria R68 for over 6 months now and the reaction I received has been amazing! As I walked in to work recently. a car stopped and the driver told me how pretty my hair was. People stop me wherever I go. I get more compliments now than when I was going to the hair stylist! THANK YOU!

I've used Feria for YEARS, probably at least 5. It works beautifully. I think with all the negative reviews people are applying it wrong, or putting the wrong colors on their hair. Haircolor isnt a miracle.... If you want to go light on dark hair you have to bleach it first..... My natural hair color is a very light strawberry blonde. I've been dying it dark red for years, sometimes reddish purple.

I bought the platinum dye last week and prepared my hair with conditioning treatments ahead of time. Once my hair seemed moisturized enough, I went through the application process. I continually checked the progress of my hair, which appeared fairly light when the time came to rinse it out. All the light peachy tones disappeared with the water and I was left with bright orange hair. It barely lifted a level.
