Went to the drive in to pick up an order. When they brought it to me, box was damaged and the hair color box was replaced with deodorant. What a shame.

think they have changed formula on this product, still OK but the color is a little more intense -off color than the one that I used before-- I preferred the old box before this new one came on the market- works the same , just don't leave it on as long , still color is not quite the same as before. Left on longer as I used to , and was a much deeper red, NOT a good look, prefer the lighter red- so left it on less time, did alright but still NOT the color is was in the older style .. don;t like it near as much-

if your hair is light brown or darker don't think it's going to pull out to the same color as on the box. After using instead of a golden blonde with two applications it still has a brassy color on my light brown hair. I have a friend that uses it and she's very satisfied and has good results. I switched to another box brand and it lightens my hair nicely.

I have been using the 9-1/2 NP lightest blonde hair color for several years. My hair is light grey with a great blend of blonde and calls for a six week coloring cycle when dullness begins. “Preference” is the only product I've used for over 30 years. And, happy to report, so is the 9-1/2 NP natural Blonde kit! By the way, I am a young 77 year old woman… and, young men are always asking me out!! lol:) I also have a pixie hair cut and a small frame which accents me %26 my hair choices.
