Love this product, my face is clear of all the dark spots. This is my fourth jar.

This product after applying per instructions became flaky and felt like flakes were glued to my skin. The more I tried to wash it off with soap it only increased the flakes. So I tried a wash cloth, I tried using a soft nail brush, and same results. I looked like I had a skin-eating disease. Finally after 2 hours of trying I took my pots %26 pan scrubber and began lightly round strokes and still nothing. Then I had enough and became aggressively scrubbing the flakes and they were coming off but my skin felt raw and was stinging reason is just cause never use a pot scrubber on your face. After 1/2 hr of this I was exhausted angry disgusted %26 had enough so I STOPPED! Still flakes stuck on my face. I didn't go out on my dinner date which was a week later instead I had to go to my dermatologist to see if I could get help. By this time my face had deep scratch marks and was bloody red. Doctor was concerned it would get infected. He tried gently picking them off but it didn't work! Left the office with a prescription cream and a pill to calm me down. I DO NOT ADVISE USING THIS HORRIBLE L'OREAL PRODUCT! I personally don't care if I am the only one that had this happen BUT IT ABSOLUTELY HAPPENED! Product was to lighten age spots which was a lie LIE! I heard they changed the formula in this product so they must've added "acid" to literally burn the skin. No way this takes age spots away ABSOLUTELY NOT! I spent money on this dangerous "BOGUS" cream and instead of what it was to do it only dried, flaked, hurt, was red and I had to go to extremes to get these flakes off my face!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND MY FACE IS STILL BEATEN UP! NO MORE L'OREAL PRODUCTS! I DON'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE AND SPOKE TO A LAWYER WHO TOLD ME THAT ALTHOUGH I TOOK EXTREME MEASURES TO GET THE FLAKES REMOVED I HAVE A VIABLE CASE AGAINST L'OREAL!!!
