Purchased a new tube of Colour Richie #410 Volcanic. Trying to use to no avail. It will not turn…the tube turns but the lipstick does not come up. Totally unusable!! Very disappointed.

I love this Lipstick I have purchased it three times it feels great and is such a pretty delicate pink, it also can tone down a too vibrant lipstick use as a topper!

Love your lipstick! It is so creamy and wears well. My favorites are Bronze Coin and Bronzine! My only complaint is that there is no sanitary wrap on the tube to prevent people from contaminating it. With all the germaphobia in the world now this would be huge! I chose another lipstick over my favorite of yours because the tube of the other brand was sealed. Please consider the health and safety of your customers. I want to buy L'Oreal again

I like this lipstick because its the right mix of color, moisturizing ingredients and a little bit of shine. Wasn't sure I would like the shine but it brings light to my face and I've had compliments on it.
