[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my boots (on sale) online at Lucky Brand and loved the look and fit. Unfortunately, after one day's wear, the finish on the right heel flaked off on over half of the heel, revealing a white stacked heel. When I contacted customer service I was informed that I would need to return the shoes, get a refund, and order a new pair (no longer on sale). I decided to paint the heel with markers. They don't look great and I'm not sure I'd get more of this brand after this experience.
