Went on easy the flares didn't fit tight at the ends
They are well made with good quality feel to the plastic. They fit real tight against the fenders when installing. The only issue i had was with the rivet look bolts some didnt want to tighten. I sanded them down then color matched them to my truck paint and they look awesome.
Good price, not quite an exact fit requiring a bit of modification on the rear flares to fit around existing factory quarter panel strips. Was a bit disappointed that the nuts and bolts were not factory installed in the flares considering they are cosmetic only. The nylon in the nuts was quite extensive locking tight on the bolts (when being installed by hand using ratchet w/socket and wrench) before they were seated in the flare required each nut to be pre-drilled to remove the excess nylon and the use of locktite to insure they do not vibrate loose in the future. Product looks good. 5 Bang for the buck. 5 Installation. 3 Overall Quality......... ? Will have to see how they wear over time.
After researching fender flares for about 2 weeks, I settled on the Lund. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but the size to fit what I wanted. The hardware for the fake rivets was as cheap as it gets, with 3 of the bolts stripped. This was a real pain as a trip to the hardware store to match up the bolts was required to complete the installation. Other than that, installing was typical. The rears went in 10 minutes. The fronts each took about 1/2 hour, very much a PITA., needed 4 hands to place and hold to screw on. Once on, they look fine and do the job they were intended to do.
Rear flares do not fit properly. None of the flares had the chrome rivets in them (had to swap from old flares I had). One of the flares didn't even have the holes drilled in them for the rivets. There was also missing hardware to even attach them to the vehicle. It's as if they made them off some specs sheet and never tested them or even tried to figure out how they could be attached to the vehicle. The rubber seal is in a big roll, you have to cut to size, and it takes about a half hour per flare to get them to attach to the flare, then while installing, falls off multiple times due to poor fitment to truck. To make things worse it took 2-3 weeks to even get them delivered. Avoid this product.
