It helped me organize my shoes. I love how strong and sturdy it is. I have been using it for two years now and its still in same great condition. The reason i gave 4 starts instead of five is because when i put shoes or get another pair, the pairs around sometimes falls so i need to be careful or fix it. I wish there was something in between the rods so shoes dont fall.
I've only had it for a little while but it was easy to build and holds about 10 shoes. I might buy two more since it says you can stack them on top of each others.
I bought 6 of these and stacked 5., then placed all of my shoes on them -- leaving them all in boxes to keep them clean. The benefit of this item is that, unlike many shoe racks that have bars in lieu of a flat bottom, the bars on these are placed evenly across from each other so the shoes won't slide off and they are close enough together so that they won't fall through the opening. I wear a woman's size 9 shoe and was able to place three shoe boxes on each level. I plan to place small round "movers" under both front feet to assure that it won't lean forward. I also like the fact that it is expandable horizontally in case I can ever use that feature. It was hard to find a shoe rack narrow enough to fit in the only space I had for it. This one just barely fit. I have had many shoe racks and none of them have worked well until now.
I wear size 11 and my husband wears 14's. I did not think it would hold our shoes, but it did, and looks good doing so!
My closet floor has been closing in on me for quite a while. I decided it was time to organize my shoes. There are a ton of options. This one caught my eye because it expanded and it is stackable. I bought 2. Had them assembled pretty easily. What a difference a shoe rack makes! It is not at all wobbly. I am very happy with these racks.
