LYSOL Brand Toilet Brush And Caddy, Green

Got this base upon reviews. Works fine, but can't tell it is any better than any other toilet brush. Caddy is nice. Handle is comfortable. Scrubs toilet as expected. Under rim brush (green) is useless on our toilet at least. Does not extend far enough or at correct angle.

We recently got new more environmental toilets that require less water for flushing. To get the same flushing power it is designed differently, with more nooks and crannies. A regular toilet brush just wasn't reaching these places and I was reduced to using a toothbrush in those places. After doing research I found this brush and tried it. I'm pleased to say it did the job.

What can I say... It's a toilet bowl brush... it does the job. The caddy could have been a bit sturdier, but for the price it works.

I've had this brush for a few months and so far I haven't had a problem with it falling apart. I'll get the minor negative issues out of the way first. The brush looks like a cheap plastic toilet brush (which it is) and only comes in the shade of green that doesn't match my bathroom (or any other bathroom I have ever seen). I also wish the under the rim brush had more bristles. What I really like about the brush is it gets good ventilation in the holder and the bristles haven't had any discoloration. Most brushes I've owned either turn a funk brown color rather quickly and/or have very poor ventilation in the holder so the brush marinates in toilet water left in the holder *yuck*. Now ordering more for the other bathroom in my house.
