MacBook Air 13.3" Laptop - Apple M1 chip - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Silver

In 2025 this, in my opinion, is by far the best laptop option for anybody who doesn't need a huge amount of power, and if you're ok with the smaller screen size. The M1 is still more than enough power for MOST people. The fanless design is great for working on your lap, it's quiet, the screen is great, and all of that for $600 (as of August 2025)? Absolute no brainer.

I absolutely LOVE this MacBook! This is my first MacBook and it's the best decision I could have made to make the switch from a regular PC. I love that I'm able to view my data from all my Apple devices on my MacBook and I also really like that I can mirror my iPhone onto my MacBook and use my phone that way. I also like the fact that if I ever lose or break my phone, I have the option of still being able to contact my phone contacts through my MacBook. The colors are vivid and crystal clear which is absolutely amazing! Another feature it has that I am obsessed with is the fingerprint unlock feature. Just like the iPad and/or iPhone, this MacBook has a button that stores your fingerprint to be able to use it to unlock your MacBook without typing your password. The one downside I have seen is that there aren't any USB-A ports, so you wouldn't be able to plug in a USB or a normal wireless mouse. You wouldn't have to get something that plugs in to a type-C port. Other than that, this is the perfect size, weight, and price for a first MacBook user!

Came with defective battery. This is old stock with expired batteries. Walmart wont accept it back as a return. Do not use paypal they will do nothing to help you. Walmart sold me e-waste and wont take responsibility for it. Do not be a victim too!

My previous 2020 MacBook was damaged so I took it to the Apple Store. One of the techs recommended Walmart for the price and I agreed. Fantastic deal!! Set up was easy and I love my new MacBook. Delivery was the next day AND before Noon! Thank you Walmart!

The 2020 MacBook Air M1 is super fast and has a great vivid display. I switched to it after using a HP 15" laptop for quite some time. After getting used to the Apple keyboard shortcuts, the Safari browser, and the difference in saving files, I love it. All of the apps from your iPhone or iPad are on here already such as messages and music. The trackpad is the easiest I've ever used. I still used Windows PCs at work for my desktops. I bought a storage bag for it on Amazon for around $32 and a case for it. The structure of the MacBook Air is very thin and sharp so a case around it makes it way more comfortable for using in your lap on the couch. The M1 is 5 years old but feels light years ahead of anything else I've used. I can imagine that the M4 is amazing(I would recommend going for the newer one due to the length of updates from Apple). The M1 should be updated until 2027 according to various sources I've read. If you wanted a MacBook so you can have GarageBand on a laptop instead of your phone or iPad, note that the Smart Drums available on the iPad or iPhone app aren't available on GarageBand for Macbook. You have to use the loop browser for samples and copy and paste them in to a track. There are built in smart drummers that you can't actually record with but you can use them for rhythms. That was a huge disappointment but nothing a novice home recorder can't live with. The start speed of the computer is phenomenal. The Safari web browser is great but you'll need to add the home button and bookmarks icons to your browser(just a quick search will work for you). The built in Stocks and News apps are very useful. Try one! At $400 cheaper than the cheapest M4 version, it is well worth it in my opinion. No complaints!
