Mace Big Jammer Door Security Brace

I looked at length on the internet for a easy way to secure my front door without installing internal bars, etc. While researching door security, I saw many videos on how easy it is to kick in a door. This product does what it's advertised to do. It supports the door easily from being "kicked in". This could be used in apartments, college dorms, homes or anywhere one wants extra protection.

I live in a two story apartment building and of course I'm on the top floor. In order to get those groceries up two flights of stairs (outside the building) up to a locked door just to get in the building is frustrating and most difficult. But I found this wonderful tool to keep this door open while I unload and make those trips up and down the stairs. The door has a step so there's nothing that holds it open - except this tool. Great Buy!!!

Had hoped this would be more of a deterrent but it is way to easy to push along the floor. Should a potential burglar pick the lock, this would offer no real resistance to getting into a home. Returning the product. I will say that Walmart makes it easy to return items ordered on line an that is appreciated.

I wanted a good support to brace my patio doors and this provides exactly what I wanted. The only difficulty was pushing the metal "tab" in to adjust to the proper length. The tool provided for that was inadequate.

door brace plenty strong easy to use fullly adjustable. But pushing from outside the door bends and would allow someone to brake the door and enter.. I have a steel case door and it still bends. It will still give you time to get your weapon and defend yourself. It will slow down the person trying to brake in.
