Magnesium Citrate 200 mg by Now Foods 100 Tablets

Ordered this magnesium citrate to see if it would help reduce nighttime leg cramps. I have been taking it for a month and it seems to have worked.

Do not like, they are to big i cannot swallow. Evan if i bust them up, they are still very hard to get down.

I have used this product for years and hope the larger size will become available soon.

This is my second choice offered by Swanson since they discontinued their own brand of mag citrate. Slightly more expensive, but works great.

Hopefully, it is helping my bones. I take it at night before I go to bed. I read somewhere magnesium should be taken away from calcium. I also buy from Swanson NOW Calcium Citrate powder. I take the calcium powder during the day mixed in plain yogurt. I believe the powder gets absorbed quicker and therefore works faster on my bones. I will not know if either is working for me and helping my bones until I have a bone density test.
