Mainstays 16x20 Rounded Black Poster Picture Frame

I did not care for the cardboard backing. Cardboard can ruin a drawing or painting over time. Otherwise I think it is a good value for a quick framing job.

The frame is broken in the middle. Looks like it was wrapped too tight. Can tell from picture how frame is bowed out from tight wrapping. If I could have returned it I would. have.

I bought 5 of the frames for an event that I was doing. They held photos which were enlarged to the 20x30 frame size. They worked out great! One of the frames arrived cracked. Walmart happily exchanged it for another one.

I ordered black frames and received wood grain frames that had rounded edges but the frames I ordered were straight. I honestly feel that whoever processed this order was either illiterate, incompetent or just plain stupid. Lately all of my orders with Walmart had to be returned because either I received the wrong items, or the items were damaged or the batteries I received were two years old. Walmart seriously needs to get their act together and start looking out for their loyal customers. I certainly am not happy with Walmart, and feel like I am continually ripped off, deceived and defrauded.

The product is fine, but Walmart's delivery was an absolute fail. We clearly ordered 8 frames, 22x28 inches in size. Five of the 8 were a completely different size, so unusable for what we needed. One of the 3 that were the right size had a cracked cover, so again unusable. So, out of the 8 that we ordered, we were only able to use 2 and had to return the other 6, and will now either have to take our chances at ordering another 6 in replacement or wait until one of the stores around here finally has the 22x28 in stock again. Really poor performance from the delivery perspective by whomever was tasked with this. The numbers of the sizes are right there on all 4 of the corners of each product.
