Mainstays 20x30 Rounded Black Poster Frame

My picture frame arrived in a timely manner. There was a crack in the frame that I didn't see until I had already put my photo in, and I decided not to return the item. Frame fit a full poster board project.

The gold frame looks nice but is very brittle. One corner was damaged in transit, which happens, but when extending the tabs the clear plastic cracked along the seam. I kept it but will stick to the white or black frames.

This frame is great for posters or large pictures. It costs about half as much as most frames this size, so I can't complain that I wish the edges were larger. You get what you pay for.

The frame came broken. I sent it back for replacement the next day, as I was in a bit of a rush to get this package. I contacted customer service and they told me that it takes 10 days to process my request.

The only thing good about this particular Walmart is it's location. More often than not you ask a question the worker doesn't even turn their head to look at you. Often there are store oridyct on the floor and the help just walks right by it. I recently returned an item purched on line. It was the wong size. The lady at the service counter refused to return my shipping fee and tax. Clearly , on many of the Walmart sites it says what your total payment was is what will be refunded. The lady at the service desk is ill equipted to hold that position. Like this employee most of the other employees only have one speed. BTW at my recent visit to the service desk there were several employees eating something (chicken) out of a bag on the back counter.
