this is the second time I purchased a lamp that screws together in the middle like this and oh my freaking God. what a frking headache. the screws were not made properly in the warehouse. save yourself some time and effort and go to a Goodwill to buy a lamp

The design is good but it's not as sturdy as I had hoped so this product gives a cheap appearance. Pretty easy to assemble. Lights up the area well. I use it over my bed so it's easy to turn off and I don't have to get out of bed. Convenient that way.

The pole light I replaced with this new one looked the same but it was not. The circumference of the pole was much thinner and the replaced bottom stand for the pole was wider and thicker. The low price, convenience of delivery, easy assembly, and this new one fit better in corner space and didn't block the top right corner where my TV was. Overall I like it more than the one I replaced.

What a bargain! My lamp broke and I needed another immediately so I could sit and read and do work at my desk. I couldn't believe the low price of this one - that looked just fine. I had no problem assembling it. While I never really use the top light, the other is flexible and I easily adjust it to meet my needs!

I don't like the shades they may have been able to do something a little bit nicer or at least don't make them white. I was amazed at how heavy this lamp is very well made, except for the shades for the price, I am not going to complain at all. The minute I picked up the box I could fill the weight of it and I was happy. Having bought a similar one that was nothing but cheap plastic. I would highly recommend this if you just need some lighting in a corner for reading, etc..
