The size is more for a toddler and it needs to be off gassed for a week or so as it stinks a little. That said- it seems like a decent pillow only AFTER I stacked it atop another flat standard pillow I had- bringing the height up to adult size.
Absolutely love this pillow. My neck hurt all the time, until I tried this pillow. It is fairly soft, but is absolutely perfect for me. I use the small side.
This pillow is saving my neck. My neck was sore and hard to turn to the sides on my other pillow. I've seen others on Amazon and they cost wayyyyyy more than this and I see no need to spend that much which this pillow will suffice. I slip it into a silk pillowcase and it's very comfy.
don't get this.... I thought it would help with snoring and neck pain. it messed up my neck. I have a pinched nerve that doctors cannot do anything about. for months now. all because of this junk thing.
it's so small. like 6" smaller than a standard pillow. this is a picture of the pillow on top a standard size pillow case.
