Major Loperamide Hydrochloride Oral Solution helps control the symptoms of diarrhea, including Travelers? Diarrhea. This anti-diarrheal oral solution contains 1 mg of loperamide HCI in each 7.5 mL. Loperamide is an anti-diarrheal ingredient. Use only the enclosed dosing cup specifically designed for use with this product. For adults and children 12 years and older, use 30 mL for the first loose stool; 15 mL after each subsequent loose stool; but no more than 60 mL in 24 hours.
