The time has to be set in 24 hour intervals. There is no case with it. I do not care for the cuff itself. T would rather have a case instead of the cuff holder.. It says not to use rechargeable batteries.. Can't find out how to tell if an irregular heart beat occurs. I need to monitor my pressure because I have congestive heart failure It seams to monitor the same compared to the at the pharmacy.
This seems to be a good monitor for the money. I still haven't had a chance to test the accuracy of the monitor, but it seems to be fairly accurate. It is a lot quieter than my last one and the batteries last a lot longer. You need to be careful and put in the right kind, though. The clock and calendar are a great feature that I didn't expect. It also is a little easier to use than the last one I had.
