Marketside Fresh Green Beans, 12 oz

WASNT FRESH. I BROUGHT TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY THEY WERE SPOILED. THE LIQUID IN THE BAG WAS THICK N WHITE. THEN WALMART WANTED ME TO SPEND MONEY TO TAKE TO THE STORE WHEN I ORDERED ONLINE. AFTER THIS CYCLE, IM GONE HAVE TO LET WALMART GO AND GO BACK TO PUBLIX. BETTER QUALITY. MY LAST PURCHASED I LOST ALMOST $30. NAWL BOO..I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM[S] TO THE STORE WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED..TEACH YOUR SHOPPERS HOW TO SHOP. BRINGING PPL SPOILED AND BEAT UP FOOD. WAT HAD I ASKED ONE OF MY KIDS TO RINSE THE BEANS AND COOKED THEM...THEN YALL WOULD HAVE A MAJOR LAWSUIT. THE ONLINE THING SUCKS! ON TABLET NOW BUT PIC IN PHONE IN ANOTHER ROOM. We wash and then steam them as a dinner side dish - they taste twice as good as the canned green beans and the are 'crispy' as you eat them. I like that they are bagged so that you can remove as much as you want to cook up for your meals. We buy a fresh bag each week.

These were no good I had to toss them they were hard and mostly black from rotting. This is my biggest complaint with grocery pick up is fresh food is on its last leg most of the time but this product was garbage and should not have been placed in my cart at all. Walmart needs to stop treating pick up customers like an opportunity to sell unsellable goods.

I love these green beans steamed. They've always been fresh from my local Walmart. I live alone so the size of the package works for me —I can prepare them in small batches for several meals over the course of 5-7 days and they maintain their freshness. Sometimes I cook enough for 2 meals %26 reheat the “leftover” beans the next day and they still taste fresh. I've also added dried cranberries or slivered almonds and they're also very delicious with spaetzle type egg noodles I buy frozen, prepare separately, and add in.

These beans were NOT satisfactory. The moment I got them home, as I first put them into my refrigerator, I stopped and examined them. There was already sliminess from spoilage visible inside the bag. I opened them immediately and found multiple beans had large soft brown areas on them; several had to be thrown out right then. Even more beans had soft, mushy ends of varying length which I cut off and tossed. I immediately cooked the remaining beans that looked decent enough to consider eating tomorrow.
