The wrap is comfortable firstly because of the material itself and it fits snugly. That works. What doesn't work well is the amount of massage. I was hoping for more. Needs to be a stronger, wider range of massage.

Poor quality....Vibration mechanism is not embedded in cushion, so it is extremely uncomfortable no matter how you position the wrap.

This is a gift for a 90 yr young lady. I had one for my 94 yr young mom and she loved it. The best par is you're not attached to an electrical cord and can move around and enjoy a nice massage.

As a nurse I was hoping to recommend this neck massager to my patients who are older and with limited mobility. It is of poor quality and made with flimsy components.

I wanted something that would help relax my neck and shoulders when I get tension headaches, this was an inexpensive solution to the problem. I like the way it wraps around my neck and stays in place while I sit in a chair and relax.
