I see lots of women giving this gown bad reviews. I don't know why. I have 2 of these gowns in 2 different patterns. Most stores have this gown and my store had 4 designs to chose from. I do agree the slits are a little big, but if its that big of a deal sew them up a little or wear a robe. I do not wear this during the day so i wouldnt not have to answer the door in it like some girls worry about showing their chest. I wore this with my 1st child at night to nurse and it was great, I am due in 2 weeks and got a 2nd gown to do the same. It is a ncie soft cotton that lets your skin breath....that is important if you are nursing anyway...so cotton is a good thing! I just wanted others to see that not everyone dislikes this gown. I am very happy with my purchase and think it is a great gown for the price.

I am short so the gown goes down way further on me then my thighs, not as elegant as the picture. The material is soft, it basically feels just like a regular white t-shirt. Overall, the gown is pretty, flowing, and comfortable. Also will be great for breastfeeding.

I bought this being 8 months pregnant and needing inexpensive jammies to accompany me to the hospital (Since I hate the gowns) that would be easy enough to nurse in. This is comfy and what I expected considering the price paid. I'm happy wiith the purchase and will buy another one. I will however buy a size down from what you plan on ordering, they do run a size larger.

When the gown hangs the holes expose your body. The holes for breastfeeding need to be placed further "back" into the gown. If you are nursing in private the gown is great and makes feeding very easy. If you have company you will need to always be "checking" yourself to make sure you aren't flashing someone. I do like the gown and do not regret buying it.

The print on this is not the soft little pastels it appears to be in the pictures - the print is more what I would call jewel tones. It is soft and will serve its function, but the fabric tends to roll at the sides of the nursing slits so they don't stay closed/ overlapping very well. I would definitely only use this one at home. I've thought about adding a snap, or piece of velcro or ribbon ties to the slits since they have a tendency to gap. OK for the $, but not my favorite for its intended use. When I'm done w/ nursing I may stitch the slits shut and just use it as a regular nightie.
