Mattel - UNO Ultimate Marvel Card Game

We bought this game and love it we have first edition and second edition and 3 expansion packs. The game takes a little getting used to, but once you get it down you and your family will love it. I would prefer the graphics especially on the women to be a bit more G rated in dress especially if children will play the game.

This is a great new twist on the classic UNO! It has become one of my families favorite games. Each player gets their own deck, that represents one of the Marvel Superheroes. The idea is that the superheroes have started to fight about something, and you play uno to determine who wins. However, each superhero has several tricks that they can use represented by various power cards within that superheroes deck. But watch out, you may have to stop fighting the other heroes in order to stop a danger event, or super villain. The variety of different cards and their effects on the game keep it very interesting and fun. With the Addon decks/heroes there is so many different ways to play this game. It is truly a new experience every time you choose a new character to be. And the kids have an opportunity to try different heroes, which keeps it interesting for them as well. I highly recommend Uno Ultimate Marvel to anyone that loves Uno and Marvel, and who loves to play with their families.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This uno Ultimate Marvel game is so worth it. It comes with four separate decks of cards and a little pack of special mystery cards. The box also includes the rules and it's packaged very nicely. My four year old actually started to learn how to play the game because of the superheroes on the cards. Not sure if they are all mainly Thor or different boxes have different main characters on the cards but I didn't mind at all. Great family gift or birthday gift. Definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging on this set alone is a must for any Marvel fan! While we were super excited to try this version of Uno with our 8 and 11 year olds, we found it confusing at times and not as easy as we had hoped. I think over time learning all the rules and how to play as each character will get easier but it's still hard for right now. I would definitely say be patient and maybe try a few all adult games before rolling this out with your kids even though its rated ages 8 and up.
