Max Factor for Women Colour Elixir Lip Liner, Mauve Mistress

Have bought 4 of these, but still cannot sharpen! Please max factor tell us how to do this! Expensive product for just a few uses. Would be great but for this problem!

Having read the reviews, it appears I'm not the only one to wonder how you get more from this pencil. First two uses were brilliant, then nothing. Also there doesn't seem to be a reply as to how to remedy the problem, I'd love to know.

I struggled to peel the ridiculous sticky security label off to open pencil and knocked the tip off in the process. The bottom of the pencil twists but nothing happens. What a waste of money

I've had this a few weeks and used it about 4 times and thought it was great, however its gone blunt and no way to sharpen it, tried to twist the bottom thinking maybe retractable but nothing happens. Am I missing something? Waste of money and I brought two different shades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this lip liner, it applies easily and has a nice creamy feel to it during application. I found it is easy to apply and does not dry your lips as some liners do. The only downside is that it does not have as much staying power as I would like as I found I had to reapply it, but it is a nice product that I would use again.
