Max Factor Lipfinity Lipstick Two Step New In Box - 110 Passionate

I have used lipfinity for years but cannot use it any more as you do not sell the top coat. I have about 10 lipsticks I can no longer use as there is no top coat. it is just too expensive to throw half the lipstick away.BRING BACK THE SOLO TOP COAT OR LOSE MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS

I have used Max Factor Lipfinity for years , ever since it came out. You could always buy a separate topcoat when required. Even when you stopped selling it separately, I still continued to buy it ,meaning I had to buy it more frequently as more than one topcoat is required for each tube. I held out hope that you would reverse the decision. However enoughs enough ,I now have TWELVE of the colour tubes and no topcoat . I'm sorry to say I am now joining the many others and changing my lipstick . It is nothing but a rip off to make customers buy it more often . I am really annoyed with the total contempt you clearly feel for you customers and I am confident you are not interested in the least in your customers feedback anyway. Well, you've lost another one

I have been using this lipstick since it first came out ( I am 72 ) and have recommended it to dozens of friends over the years . However since you have stopped selling the wax topcoaats separately this is now totally unviable > Your advertising is based on the fact it lasts 24 hours - not without constant applications of top coat it doesnt . Its such a shame because it was such an amazing product - in face I have never worn any other lipsticks . I have now got seven lipsticks sitting in my draw with no top coats to go with them as I have used them previously . I think that unless you rectify this you are going to lose a lot of customers .

ive been buying lipfinity for about 15 years and love it but I always need at least one extra topcoat per lipstick. I can't find it anywhere? Usually don't shop online so came on here in desperation to find you're not making it anymore. I don't understand why? Its such a waste of lipstick to have to get rid of it when the topcoat runs out. I'm going to have to look for an alternative:((((

Have been using Lipfinity for ever - it looks fab, lasts all day with a top up of topcoat and is the only lipstick which prevents my lips from getting sore. I have always used approximately 2 topcoat to 1 colour and can't believe that the separate topcoat has now been discontinued. My stock has run out and I have been chasing round all the shops, not realising until today that it just isn't available to purchase any longer. Why?!!! It's a brilliant product - please bring back the separate topcoat.
