Max Factor Lipfinity for Women Lip Colour, #015 Etheral, 4.2g

I love this lipstick (colour 070) as it is the only one I can use that doesn't feather. I have been using it for at least 15 years. and recommended it to many friends but, because the lipfinity stays on so well I use a lot more of the topcoat. When you discontinued the purchase of separate topcoat I searched in every country I visited to try and buy it. Sadly, no luck. I have also tried other topcoats but they take the lipstick off. Please listen to your loyal customers and bring back the individual sale of the topcoat. I see some reviews are up to 6 years old and you still have not addressed this issue. I have just turned 60 and want to use this product forever but have a growing supply of the lipstick. Please honour your promise.

It is very disappointing that for nearly 6 years you R ignoring dozens of feedbacks about the missing of the Top coat as a separate product. This is a financial damage for all of us, because we bought your product and are not able to use it accordingly and in whole. I also experienced many times the top coat is already taken out from the package (in the shop, e.g. DM - this shows how serious the impact on your decision was. It is not only a product being necessary for the appropriate use but also harms the resaler.

I have used Max Factor Lipfinity for years , ever since it came out. You could always buy a separate topcoat when required. Even when you stopped selling it separately, I still continued to buy it ,meaning I had to buy it more frequently as more than one topcoat is required for each tube. I held out hope that you would reverse the decision. However enoughs enough ,I now have TWELVE of the colour tubes and no topcoat . I'm sorry to say I am now joining the many others and changing my lipstick . It is nothing but a rip off to make customers buy it more often . I am really annoyed with the total contempt you clearly feel for you customers and I am confident you are not interested in the least in your customers feedback anyway. Well, you've lost another one

I have been using lipfinity for years, spicy is my colour. But I have to agree with the many complaints about the amount of lipstick that is inaccessible. I have loads of them with what appears to be plenty left but have gone dry because I can't reach the top or the bottom. If you made the bottom removable we could reach it. Or redesign the applicator so it's long enough and it bends. Just a thought

I see everywhere that some people use the lipcolour and have heaps of spare glosses ... and others (like me) use the gloss first - and I have heaps of unused colours! Perhaps there should be a Lipfinity Club where we can swap our unused products !! Anyway, please Max Factor, please bring back the separate sales of the gloss product. Have used this product for years, and it is just becoming problematic given that I can't buy the gloss separately any more.
