Max Factor Lipfinity

I have been using this lipstick for years and recommended it to several friends, however, I will soon be looking for another product as I can't buy extra topcoat. The lipstick lasts much longer than the accompanying amount of topcoat but is not pleasant to wear on its own- drying on the lips and difficult to clean off at the end of the day; a perfect duo but stand alone topcoat should be available.

I have used Max Factor Lipfinity for years , ever since it came out. You could always buy a separate topcoat when required. Even when you stopped selling it separately, I still continued to buy it ,meaning I had to buy it more frequently as more than one topcoat is required for each tube. I held out hope that you would reverse the decision. However enoughs enough ,I now have TWELVE of the colour tubes and no topcoat . I'm sorry to say I am now joining the many others and changing my lipstick . It is nothing but a rip off to make customers buy it more often . I am really annoyed with the total contempt you clearly feel for you customers and I am confident you are not interested in the least in your customers feedback anyway. Well, you've lost another one

I've been using this product for as long as I can remember My go to colour is whisper which I use daily I have read other reviews to see if other customers had the same issues Frankly I'm confused I also feel that I cannot use a large proportion of the colour as the applicator doesn't reach I never experience caking or cracking of the product and it mostly stays on all day (not all colours) I am however completely at a loss re the topcoat I have loads of them as my colour always runs out first- frankly I find it really annoying as it isn't a cheap lipstick and I don't need a topcoat every time, especially when a large proportion of the colour is inaccessible Don't get me wrong I love it but preferred the similar product with the coloured gloss topcoat as it was more versatile Why don't MF just sell the two items separately so we can mix and match to suit our needs

Two years ago someone asked why we were not selling the Lipfinity top coat separately anymore and you replied that you would review this. I have been using Lipfinity lip colour for many years and have a drawerful of colours but no top coat. Please bring back the two pack top coat again. At this moment I do not want to buy another colour just to get the top coat. I look forward to your response and seeing this product back on Boots shelves. Thank you.

Really love Lipfinity and have been using it for many years now - but am so very disappointed that I cannot buy the Clear Top Coat anymore? Please bring it back!! I always keep one with my makeup at home and one always in my handbag to use throughout the day & evening - it is a fabulous product that keeps my lips from drying out and refreshes the lipstick all day. Please, please, please bring it back - nothing else does the job!?
