Mayne Fairfield 48" x 11" x 11" Rectangular Black Self Watering Plastic Window Box Planter

Had other flower boxes under the window that rusted and didn't retain moisture for our flowers. This box has solved that problem. We added two trellises to our second box and will have ivy climbing on them, giving some color and height to our blank front entrance.

I bought three of these for the back of our home. They are BEAUTIFUL. I haven't used them yet as it is late summer so I'm anxious to use the self watering feature next Spring. They are the perfect classic planter, with white making good contrast to our outdoor space while also showcasing whatever pops of color I choose to put inside. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is personal preference: I would like a smoother texture as dirt settles in the small "grooves" so I have to clean often with a brush or sponge because just wiping won't work since it isn't smooth. But still LOVE these! They were EXACTLY what I was looking for.

I bought this one after already purchasing two others in the last two years. They have worn wonderfully well, as I shelter them and cover the openings during the winter season storage in another space on the property. They just need to be wiped off and moved back into their places as centerpieces in gardens. I have put a couple of bricks in one of them, as it was placed in a particularly windy area. I have only used a potting mix in each, as any other type of soil made it too heavy to move out of the beds for me.

This rain barrel fits my need for beauty and functionality on my patio. Its dimensions allowed me to install a water collection device to keep my patio dry from roof run-off , saving my furniture from excess water exposure. Its smaller dimensions and arts and crafts look fit well with my house.

We ordered two of these for our front windows. They arrived quickly, looked great right out of the box, and were super simple to install. We've had them up a couple of weeks now - watering is a snap, as promised. I can't wait for the mums we planted to fill in a bit!
