Well according to the picture I was thinking the 2 bracket came with the flower box!!!! For this reason I have to return the items okay

I purchased numerous window boxes from Hayneedle all of them are beautiful and add a touch of class to the curb appeal of my 100 year old house. Directions were understandable, the process of glueing complete, the installation uncomplicated. I thought it couldn't get any better until I bought the brackets completing the look. Like the tie on a suit and the jewelry on a dress, not especially needed but a wow in the end. And Oh, what excitement I feel driving up to my house to see flowers in the spring, summer, and fall. In the winter, lighted greenery fills the boxes with holiday cheer celebrating the season. It's all good.

Be aware that it comes in pieces, not well aligned, the glue they provide was dried up and not usable It won't hold up because it's not one molded piece as most window boxes are, better to buy for same price at a garden shop
