McCormick 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix, 1.25 oz Packet

This seasoning made the meatloaf savory and delicious! I used it with the directions on the back of the packet to ensure maximum flavor and beauty to the meat I paired with mashed potatoes and cheesy broccoli and my boyfriend loves it too!

I tried the McCormick 30% less sodium meat loaf seasoning packet free from BzzAgent, It is super easy to use, just add a packet of seasoning to your ground meat of choice, egg, breadcrumb and milk and you get a simple throw together meal without worrying about the spice cabinet. Being a lower sodium product, you get all the flavors of the herbs, garlic, onion and paprika with just a slightly milder punch. If you are trying to lower your sodium intake this is a great product to still get that flavor in a healthier version. It was yummy and made a great meatloaf and made dinner come together quickly without measuring. I'd definitely buy it again. It was teenager and picky husband approved!

Meatloaf is already such an easy recipe, but having the seasoning in a little packet made it that much easier. The recipe was simple to follow too. I would only recommend checking your meatloaf about 10 minutes to go as mine was a bit over cooked and dry.

Having a packet of this on hand makes it easy to know my meatloaf is seasoned perfectly without any hassle. The flavors meld together just right, with onion, garlic, celery, and plenty of herbs. It still adds a savory flavor profile while cutting back on sodium. I trust that my meal will turn out delicious when using this seasoning mix.

Taste was fine. The instructions called for 2 lbs of beef. Putting that in a 9x5 loaf pan would fill it 2/3 of the way. Calling that 10 servings is insane. Thats slightly over 3 oz per serving. The flavor was fine, but adding reasonable amounts for a dinner would mean I need multiple packets. I'd probably just season it myself, but if you're not comfortable with that, this is fine. Reasonable dinner for a family of 4 with minimal leftovers.
