Fever Reducer Pain Reliever, Meltaways, 80 mg, Bubblegum Burst 30 count Contain acetaminophen. Aspirin free. Ibuprofen free. Ages 2-6. Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: the common cold; flu; headache; sore throat; toothache. Temporarily reduces fever. Do not give more than directed (see overdose warning). Find right dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. If needed, repeat dose every 4 hours. Do not use more than 5 times in 24 hours. If your child is under 24 lb or under age 2 ask a doctor. If your child is 24-35 lb or 2-3 years old give 2 tablets. If your child is 36-47 lb or 4-5 years old give 3 tablets. If your child is 48-59 lb or 6-8 years old give 4 tablets. If your child is 60-71 lb or 9-10 years old give 5 tablets. If your child is 72-95 lb or 11 years old give 6 tablets. Store between 68- 77 degrees F (20- 25 degrees C). Avoid high humidity. Do not use if carton is opened, or if neck wrap or foil inner seal imprinted safety seal is broken or missing. Sore Throat Warning: if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Do not use: with any other product containing acetaminophen. Stop use and ask a doctor if: new symptoms occur; redness or swelling is present; pain gets worse or lasts for more than 5 days; fever gets worse or lasts for more than 5 days. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
