It is a life saver. I broke my leg and had a really really hard time going to the bathroom. once I got this it makes going sooooo much easier. It installs in seconds and is everything I hoped it would be

Exactly what I neede when I injured my leg and could not get up from and down on the toilet. It was easy to install ( remove regular toilet seat, place riser, tighten front screwing mechanism), remained in place without moving, and met a personal need.

I AM IN A WHEEL CHAIR AND IT WAS TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME TO ATTACH TO MY TOILET. AFTER THE MAINTANCE MAN AT MY APARTMENT GOT IT ON I WAS GRATEFUL THAT IT FELT SO SECURE.

It is high enough and that was an important issue. But the clamp does not work with our toilet that is about 10 years old. So if you accidentally bump it getting on or off the throne, it moves. Could do better on a connection to multiply toilets.

My husband had heart surgery in 09/2014 and was provided Medline raised toilet seat by the VA.. After he no longer needed it, we left it on for me because of severe arthritis in both knees. It has leaked terribly, so much so that there is a nasty ring around the base of the toilet. We have since had to take it off for fear that it will cause the flooring to become unable to hold the toilet. It's been put on and taken off many times by several different people and it still leaked. I'm wondering if we could perhaps find some way to seal it with something like adhesive foam with the adhesive on both sides. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
