Bought this for hubby who has Parkinsons and if needs to get up in nite has trouble walking to bathroom. However he is not a big man 5'11 180lbs and finds the seat very small and short...needs a more elongated type of seat to feel like fits in it properly so will have to return. Probably ok for small ladies but cant see a 300lb person feeling comfortable on it.

This versatile chair was so easy to assemble and such a huge help for my mom. It's worth 1000 times it's weight in gold. Just wish it would have been available locally as my shipment was delayed. I had to get something locally and all were either very costly or very poor options. So happy that this chair makes things easier for my mom.
