[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to take fish oil pills but was always grossed out by the aftertaste (mostly because they made me burp and I would get this rush of fish flavor that was so gross). These Krill Oil pills are so much better with all the same benefits! No weird aftertaste. No burping up nasty fish flavor. Great health benefits. I'll never go back to fish oil.

Bottle comes with 80 soft gels and the recommended dosage is 1 per day so they last over 2 months. As with all supplements it's hard to see the results but Mega Red is a solid brand with a great reputation with quality I trust. I recommend this product to everyone that cares about their health.

Considering in the fact that it does contain Sorbitol and Ethyl Vanillin which can cause diarrhea and bloating, I had not experienced either of these symptoms. The coated caplets are easy to swallow. The con of this product is that it contains lower than recommended ingredients and contains zero Astaxanthin. I would recommend spending a little more money and upgrade to MegaRed Ultra strength or the Antarctic option.
