Awesome product. It is very reliable and easy to swallow. I have been taking it for a very long time. The benefits are many. The body feels wonderful. I like that it is easy to swallow. I like that the appearance is very clear, too. The labels are big and easy to read. It helps to go to bed. I did not take it for adhd. Very easy to adjust the dose.

My fussy 4yo likes the taste and only needs 0.25ml to make bedtime smooth. After about 30mins he's happy to climb into bed for a story (without it he is jumping all over the bed). I like that it's alcohol free and the dropper makes it easy to adjust the dose

I'm very sensitive to coffee and can't sleep after having a cup after 1pm and I don't sleep well because of stress. But I use this every time I need it. I take around 0.5-1ml any night I feel like I need to and I fall asleep around 20 mins afterward. I've bought over 6-7 bottles and have recommended it to others. I find a liquid form to be more effective. I'm not a big fan of sweets so if they have an original flavor, I would buy that, but it tastes good. Overall quality is great, I recommend it to anyone who is having trouble sleeping for a fast and effective results.
