MELATONIN CAPS 10 MG NBY 60

Whenever I buy any kind of vitamin I always buy Natures Bounty. I started using melatonin on and off years ago when needed and it truly helps me sleep at night. I will say it can give you crazy dreams. Start on the lowest dose and work your way up if you need to.

This is my go to sleep aid and it is really fast working as after taking just one I get sleepy around 30 minutes later. I recently had to start a new job that requires me to be there earlier than what I am used to so this definitely helps me go to bed earlier and sleep sounder

I am a medic and work 12 hour shifts in a very busy ER. I work overnights, so sleeping during the day is a challenge. It took me a while to find the right dose of melatonin to take to help with restful sleep and this product does pretty well. I highly recommend.

I take 10 mg of melatonin every night. I sometimes have a hard time shutting off my brain when I'm trying to sleep so I make sure to take this around half an hour before I plan on going to bed. Taking this has definitely improved my quality of sleep.

I took these for over a year and it did not make any difference at all. Not worth the cost. They didn't work for me at all. Dont know if they need improvement or if it's just my system. A bit expensive. Especially since they didn't help.Wouldn't recommend unless 6oyr Dr recommends them.
