It's already been two months of taking Sleep Mode and I am thrilled to be able to write a review that is so positive. I feel so much better and more relaxed when I take this in the evening. I've been keeping track on my watch with regards to exercise, calories and sleep patterns and can see that since using Sleep Mode, my REM sleep quality has improved. I advise you to take this about half an hour before bed to allow it to take full affect. I will purchase this again and i do recommend to others.

I've probably bought Sleep Mode more than 10 times already as they're the best natural or herbal supplement for sleep. I fall asleep so quickly with these and every time they work! They also keep me asleep throughout the night. And I prefer something like this to prescription meds too. I will continue to buy these as long as they keep working and as long as i have early starts or need an extra push to bed. Great that you wake up feeling good too.

I've tried dozens of melatonin products and sleeping pills whether it be OTC or prescription too. The EVL brand I sgreat and the Sleep Mode product has wodnerful ingredients. I take one and generally fall asleep around 45 minutes later. Would obviously be nice to get to bed sooner but you can't have it all! When taking these, i get around 7 - 8 hours of sleep in and when i wake up in the morning, i feel fresh, fine and ready for the day - no groggy headache etc. THey're also very easy to take wiht water. Definitely would recommend and will continue to take these given the efficacy.

This is a fabulous product and I've tried numerous melatonin brands before. Initially they also work but then leave you wide awake in the middle of the night. Sleep Mode was fast working, did what it said it would and I sleep through until my alarm goes off!

This product works very well and I have not experienced any side effects. I take it before going to bed and you can slowly feel yourself relax and get tired within 30 minutes. The smell isn't great at all but given how effective this product is, it's worth it and doesn't bother me.
