Melissa & Doug 100 Wood Blocks

Purchased for my toddler, she likes them as much as a kid would like blocks. They're a bit light weight and smaller than I expected, which has it's ups and downs when it comes to stacking or building stuff for a toddler. Overall, they are in fact blocks and they do block things.

Good set of blocks. 2 yr old and 5 yr old enjoyed. They would be a great set of blocks if a case or bag was included to store when they are not being used or perhaps packaged in a box that the blocks can be stored in instead of wrapping it in plastic

I love these Melissa and Doug blocks. They are solid wood and come in an assortment of colors, shapes and sizes. My nephew and son had a blast recreating the towers on the box. It encourages problem solving, team work, organization skills, imagination as well as engineering. I highly recommend.

The blocks come in different in shapes and colors. With your child’s imagination they can create castles, houses, bridges, etc. The blocks are lightweight and smooth. They are made for 3 years and up. My granddaughter is 5 and she makes the most amazing things with them.

These are good quality, as you would expect from Melissa and Doug! My 2 year old granddaughter absolutely loves building (and knocking down, lol!) blocks with me! We use them for learning colors, shapes, coordination, special relations, problem solving, encouraging her imagination, etc. it’s so nice to engage in activities that don’t depend on batteries and screens!!! This is a great introductory set that we can add to over the coming years!
