I bought this trampoline to use at my granddaughter's birthday party. When I got ready to put it together parts of the frame were missing. I called the company and explained what I needed. They immediately emailed me a form which I immediately sent back. I thought the least they could do was to overnight it or at the most 2 day ship it. Needless to say, it wasn't ready for the party.

I Love the bounce and learn trampoline for my children. Only thing I'd change is a louder speaker for the sound. Took more than 30 mins to assemble. Read instructions carefully the springs are difficult if you don't do the edges first. Overall my boys Love it. Weight limit is 100 lbs so they'll use it for a while.

We brought this trampoline for our son, who is nonverbal and cannot walk. He outgrew his safe place (which was a play pen) and we brought this on the recommendation of another special needs family. Its great and we're happy because he's safe. The only draw back of the trampoline were the tie knots. Overall a wonderful purchase.

We just got for my son for Christmas and he loves it. Although I don't what we are going to do in a year or two when he's to big for it. But at age 3 he loves jumping in different patterns and listening to the colors. I love how secure he is in this trampoline and how low it is so he can can get in and out without worry of falling. Stop if type child is between 1 and 5 this is a perfect trampoline for them!

I HAVE A 5 YEAR OLD BOY AND A 2 YEAR OLD BOY. BOTH BOYS CAN JUMP AT THE SAME TIME AND BOTH LOVE IT. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A 4 IS BECAUSE THE ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY GOOD AND IT TOOK 2-3 HOURS TO COMPLETELY ASSEMBLE IT. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TWO PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE IT AND IT IS VERY TRYING AT TIMES.
