I like the ab roller. I used to use them in the gym and they provided great neck support while allowing me to isolate my abdominal muscles. I did not use the little spring that should have been attached to the back part of it, however, it didn't seem necessary. I've only had the ab roller for a approximately two weeks, but I do expect to see significant results soon! You can definitely feel the burn.

I use this to work on my stomach. I've already used a similar product previously at the gyms. What I love is the neck support. You can do sets of 50 easily. I have lost some inches off my waist in conjunction with proper eating habits. I gained LOTS of weight with my first pregnancy. This along with some other products have allowed me to fit in workouts. I am also following weight watchers guidelines - (buying my Smartones meals at Walmart!) I'm about 30lbs off my target weight. I invested in this product along with the portable peddle "thing" because it was affordable and simple. It does work - especially for those of us who play video games (WoW) or who don't like going to the gym (I hate the gym because it feels like a meat market) Do it for a healthier lifestyle and everything else will fall into place.

This is a pretty junky product. I've had ab rollers in the past and have used them at gyms and I have to say there really is a quality disparity. This product was difficult to put together because the screws didn't fit quite right. I had to force them into the holes. The spring thing that goes on the back of the head cushion (called Pro Assist) is a waste of metal and vinyl. It's supposed to to help your head spring back up, but then where's the exercise value? Plus it was noisy. I threw it away. The persistently annoying thing about this ab roller though is that it needs to be heavier. With every crunch, the roller moves and drifts in different directions so you constantly have to readjust. I should have known better than to get it for $20.

I suppose for the price I expected what I got.. was just kind of hoping for more. The spring is a joke.. it doesn't sit right on the floor as you use the ab roller. And I found the roller moved while I was using it on carpet. I imagine it's not a total work out since the body starts in an upright position not utilizing all the muscle. This may go back.
