I bought this trampoline to use at my granddaughter's birthday party. When I got ready to put it together parts of the frame were missing. I called the company and explained what I needed. They immediately emailed me a form which I immediately sent back. I thought the least they could do was to overnight it or at the most 2 day ship it. Needless to say, it wasn't ready for the party.

We brought this trampoline for our son, who is nonverbal and cannot walk. He outgrew his safe place (which was a play pen) and we brought this on the recommendation of another special needs family. Its great and we're happy because he's safe. The only draw back of the trampoline were the tie knots. Overall a wonderful purchase.

I HAVE A 5 YEAR OLD BOY AND A 2 YEAR OLD BOY. BOTH BOYS CAN JUMP AT THE SAME TIME AND BOTH LOVE IT. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A 4 IS BECAUSE THE ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY GOOD AND IT TOOK 2-3 HOURS TO COMPLETELY ASSEMBLE IT. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TWO PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE IT AND IT IS VERY TRYING AT TIMES.

I cant wait for me and my kids to enjoy this together. This is a christmas gift for us together. Great shipping my item was in good shape. Fedex does a great job shipping your items.
