Beware when ordering that there's 2 photos of this pillow on the website. I took the chance and got the wrong one. One of the pillows on the photo looks like my old one that I love. It showed a the satin edge as beige with "classic gusset" printing. I got the other one, which is not classic gusset. It is soft, but too thick for me. BUT, if you are looking for a super thick and firm pillow, this is it.

I am 5'3" and weigh about 120 pounds. I am a side sleeper and had previously slept on Serta Firm Support Pillows comfortably. I was having difficulty finding the Serta pillows, so I decided to buy the Beautyrest Firm instead. They are nice and VERY firm pillows. They are about 6" thick. If you are a larger person and want and EXTRA firm pillow..... This pillow is for you. However, it was NOT the pillow for me. It placed my head too far above my shoulders, and made my neck and shoulders hurt even worse. I gave them to a neighbor who is a much larger person that I am. I have not heard his review yet.

I used the pillow for three days after that it became a flat pillow. If you like this type of pillows then it is the right choice for you. However, if you expect your pillow to be like what's shown in the picture firm support, then you need to think again and look for another type of pillows maybe firmer pillow because this pillow will be a flat pillow within a week.

These are supposed to be firm pillows, and instead they are like sleeping on mush! Pillow fill bunches up on the ends & your head just drops to the mattress in the middle! After only 2 days of sleeping on these pillows, I had to keep pushing the fill to the center over and over! Such a disappointment for the price paid for them! Awful!

This pillow was purchased because I wanted a firm pillow to put under my knees at night but this pillow flattens out and sends the pillow contents to the side after just a few minutes of use. When compared to other pillows in the bedroom, this is my least favorite. I would not recommend this pillow.
