I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because I'd like to see a variety pack of different flavors. I'd like to try a citrus flavor also. I have high cholesterol so this is perfect for me. I have been trying Meta Daily Heart Heath berry drink for about a month or so. I feel so good. I don't eat as much and I have lost 10lbs. My blood test came back great! My dr. Is very happy with me. Pour sachet into glass and add 8 ounces of water...stir briskly and make sure water is too not cold as it will clump. Easy to use and great to put into suitcase or purse for travelling. Taste is good enough for this product. I recommend drinking in the evening as it may cause some intestinal discomfort until your body becomes used to the fiber. Overall, I find it easy to use, compact and if it helps my cholesterol numbers (I have not had my blood work done, yet.) it is worth taking the product. I think the products had a good flavor and dissolved well. The aspertame in the product is the main reason i will not purchase, as it upset my stomach. I would rather have a few sugar calories than put up with the pain. Easy to take with you in the small packages too. If aspertame is not a problem for you then this is a great product to help lower cholesterol and help your heart. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was disappointed to see that the Meta Daily heart Health 30 Dose Berry Sachets had two different artificial sweeteners in them and they have negative affects on people.
